SINGAPORE – Single-session tickets to the BNP Paribas WTA Finals Singapore presented by SC Global go on sale at 10am (SGP time) on Friday, July 15. In phase two of ticket sales, fans will be able to purchase single-session tickets to all matches, including the semifinals and final match sessions. Concession tickets, season passes and Racquet Club hospitality packages will continue their sale from phase one, which began in April 8.
Admission to single sessions of the eight-day tournament will range from $16 to $226 for the general public, and can be purchased directly through WTAFinals.com, the official tournament web portal. The partnerships with official cards partner OCBC Bank and official telecommunications and broadcast partner StarHub will continue to give card members and customers a 5% discount when purchasing single-session tickets after July 15.

Road to Singapore Heats Up
This year, the crown-jewel tournament confirmed one of its earliest qualifiers when record breaking doubles duo Sania Mirza and Martina Hingis secured their place with five titles in 2016 so far – Brisbane, Sydney, Australian Open, St. Petersburg and Rome.
In the Singles category, the Road to Singapore has begun heating up as Serena Williams picked up a record-equaling 22nd Grand Slam title with a win over Germany’s Angelique Kerber in the Wimbledon final.

Chris Evert Returns as Ambassador
In line with the countdown to the WTA Finals, legendary Chris Evert will return as official event ambassador for the third consecutive year. In her role, Evert will work with players and other ambassadors including Martina Navratilova and Arantxa Sánchez-Vicario to promote and raise the profile of the event and the sport in the region.
Speaking of her appointment, Evert said “As WTA Finals ambassador for the past couple of years, I’ve seen the event grow, and with it, the popularity of tennis in the region. This has been a great year for women’s tennis and there is so much to look forward to in the coming months on the Road to Singapore as we head towards the big finale.
