2015 - Breakthrough first Top 50 season (finishing No.47); struggled in first half of season between January and May, starting at No.146 and going into grass court season at No.147 - fell 1r in only two WTA main draws (Roland Garros and Wimbledon) and in qualifying four times (incl. Australian Open); phenomenal second half of season saw her rise from No.147 to No.47 by November 9 year-end rankings; best results were three QFs at Nottingham (l. to Niculescu), Eastbourne (l. to Bencic) and Wuhan (l. to V.Williams), 4r at US Open (l. to Kvitova), two 2r finishes at Birmingham (l. to Ka.Pliskova) and Linz (l. to Brengle) and winning two ITF Circuit titles; two biggest ranking jumps came after US Open on September 13 (rose from No.97 to No.58) and after Wuhan on October 5 (rose from No.66 to No.49); also won three doubles titles on ITF Circuit.
